In accordance with Cl 11.2 of the Motorcycling Western Australia Incorporated Constitution, preliminary notice is given that the 2025 MWA Annual General Meeting will be held as follows;
DATE – WEDNESDAY 30th April 2025
TIME – 7.00PM
VENUE – Motorcycling WA – Unit 8/7 Montgomery Way, Malaga, 6090.
Motorcycling Western Australia have one (1) elected director vacancy in 2025. Nominations from Women are highly encouraged.
In accordance with Cl 15 of the Motorcycling Western Australia Incorporated Constitution, notice will be given to receive nominations for one (1) vacant Elected Director on the MWA Board for the 2025 MWA Annual General Meeting.
Interested persons are invited to complete and submit a Nomination form and fulfil the pre-requisite requirements BEFORE submitting the nomination form. Constitutional Prohibitions apply to persons interested in becoming an elected MWA Director and these are detailed on the nomination form. Members interested in the vacant Board Director role are to note that they are constitutionally prohibited from holding (concurrent) Club President, Vice President & Executive positions and are prohibited for being a Key Official at any event permitted by Motorcycling Western Australia Inc.
Elected Director duties are undertaken on a voluntary basis and for a three (3) year term.
The meeting Agenda, request for club reports and notices of motion and additional information on the nominations process (and nomination form) for the MWA Board / Elected Director vacancy will be circulated in due course.
All nominees will be required to complete the Start Line – Sports Governance Foundations Course and present the completed course notice with the completed nomination form.

MEMBER CLUBS ARE REMINDED THAT ONLY ONE (1) COMMITTEE APPOINTED DELEGATE CAN VOTE. THE IDENTITY OF YOUR NOMINATED CLUB DELEGATE MUST BE COMMUNICATED TO MWA IN WRITING.
Completed nomination forms must be forwarded to admin@motorcyclingwa.org.au and received by COB Wednesday, 28th of March 2025. Voting Ballot forms identifying eligible candidates for election will follow the following week.
