MWA – Office Relocation – We’re Moving!

As some of you may know, the Maylands property complex, including our existing MWA office, is sold. The existing site is earmarked for major commercial and residential redevelopment and is pending final development approval and settlement in early 2022. 

 

After almost 10 years at our current location in Guildford Road, Maylands, MWA recently finalised the purchase of new office accommodation at Unit 8/7 Montgomery Way, Malaga.  Approved by the Board of Directors, the purchase of our new office will see MWA continue to operate effectively and support our affiliated clubs, promoters and members, well into the future.

 

The new office is easily accessible from Tonkin & Reid Highway and close to Alexander Drive, Malaga.  Located approximately 10 minutes drive north of our current office and situated in a light industrial/ commercial location, it has modern office accommodation, two seperate 

training/meeting rooms to support the continued use for Club meetings and in-house training and a spacious warehouse and storage area, something that was significantly lacking in Maylands.  

 

Clubs who normally use MWA (Maylands) office for scheduled committee meetings are notified that no meeting room access will be available after Friday 19 November.  

 

The planned MWA relocation will take place on 6-7 December and our normal office availability will be limited during this time.
